100% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.

Validity/Delivery

Offers are valid for 7 days for acceptance. Delivery schedule to be mutually agreed in writing at the time of order. Any increase in Taxes / Duties / Statutory payments will reflect in our prices. Any increase in the prices of  cement, fuel or electricity in excess of 5 % individually or collectivity will require an adjustment on our prices. This offers is without engagement and is subject to final confirmation.

Refundable Deposit

Envicrete products are supplied on wooden pallets. A refundable deposit of Rs.375/- per pallet will be paid by you at the time of placing the order. This deposit will be refunded to you upon return of the wooden pallets in sound condition. Pallet not returned or damage will be charged @ Rs.375/- per pallet.
